HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO HOUSING UNIT PURCHASE
- Subscribers to this scheme will be required to contribute a minimum of 20% of the value of the desired house type structured as follows:
- The remainder 80% spread equally over 17 months
- The subscribers who choose to pay monthly payment plan will attract additional interest rate of 5%; while the subscribers who choose to pay out rightly we have reduction of 5%.

- Subscribers have the options of outright payment of the outstanding amount either through self-financed or via mortgage or by the developer-assisted financing
- Subscribers who chose to pay out-rightly or by mortgage will be granted immediate possession:
Subscribers under the developer-assisted financing will be granted possession upon presentation of a letter from the bank, or any other approved guarantor, guaranteeing payment of the outstanding balance;

DOCUMENTATION PROCESS:
The subscriber will be deemed to have purchased the house upon the payment of the initial deposit and shall be issued documents as follows:
Upon Initial Subscription;
1.Payment receipts
A Contract of Sale shall be executed between Atop Projects Ltd and the subscriber.
2. The company shall make available Architectural drawing for the house type to the subscriber.
3.The company shall provide Survey Plan for the property to the subscriber.
Subsequent Subscriptions:
1.Payment receipts
Upon Completion of Payments :
2.A Deed of Sublease
Every other necessary and related document outstanding.

Since the land lies within areas under “Government ”, the company has since applied for, and has obtained, a Letter of Allocation from the Gbadamosi Mogaji Family, with a duly Registered Survey for 5 hectares of land and securing global C of O.
